Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead group activities, events, and programs for residents, incorporating their interests and abilities
• Collaborate with Activity Coordinators and other team members to develop and implement activity schedules that cater to diverse resident needs and preferences
• Facilitate socialization and community building among residents through games, outings, and other recreational activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members to ensure a positive and supportive environment
• Maintain accurate records of activity participation, progress, and resident feedback
• Participate in rounding and assessment processes to identify resident needs and preferences
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of activity spaces and equipment
