Rock Valley Physical Therapy is looking for a talented and committed Physical Therapist Assistant to rotate between our clinics in the Western Illinois/Central Iowa region/s. In this position, you'll deliver high-quality, individualized care that truly makes a difference in patients' lives while enjoying a positive and upbeat workplace. You'll have the chance to work with a diverse patient population, collaborate with experienced practitioners at a variety of clinic locations, and have fun along the way.

What you’ll Do:- Rotate among Rock Valley locations; your assignment will be determined by regional needs (such as patient care demands or maternity leave coverage) and will incorporate your input.
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, pain management, function, and overall quality of life.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals and community partners.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented clinical environment.
