Holiday Inn Express - Moline, IL (located next to the Quad City International Airport) is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team!
Fluctuating hours, 30-40 hours a week. Must have weekend availability.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.
- Other duties as required with the department.
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
