As our Legal Analytics & Solutions Associate, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of law and technology. The role supports the Risk and Legal Solutions Team by helping identify, evaluate, implement, and manage technical solutions across legal systems, including contract management, claim matter management, Product Integrity Council, e‑discovery/legal hold, risk, and financial systems. You'll work closely with Legal, Risk Management, IT teams, and software vendors to help support, improve, and optimize legal technology solutions and processes.

You will bring 2+ experience in IT support or a related field to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in business administration, or technology‑related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with sourcing data from a data lakehouse such as Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders.
