Title:
Supply Management Planner II - Supply Management // IM&S Planner // Indirect Materials & Services Central Planner
Location:Moline, IL -
Duration: 12 Months (possible extension)
Pay: $24.33/Hr. On W2 + 5 PTOs
Notes:
- Will consider recent grads with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Onsite in Moline, IL is required.
Your Responsibilities:
As an Indirect Materials & Services Central Planner, for World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, You Will:
- Convert requisitions and shopping carts to purchase orders.
- Resolve blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission and shopping cart errors.
- Educate, train, and provide on-demand customer support to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Execute annual framework process.
What Skills You Need:
- Effective communication skills (written/verbal).
- Efficiency with Microsoft Office products.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- 1 or more years supply management & logistics experience.
- 1 or more years SAP Materials Management experience.
- 1 or more years customer service.
- Procure to Pay experience (Req. to Purchase Order).
- Knowledge/experience with Supply Network (SN) applications.
- Data & analytics experience using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Education:
- Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experiences.
