• Detect and assess damage to property
• Formulate restoration plans
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage projects and crew
• Drive company vehicles safely

• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Represent the company professionally
• Comply with company policies

• Renew certifications promptly
• Implement new training successfully

• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience in restoration and cleaning techniques preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds
• Ability to stand at heights of 12 feet
• Ability to climb stairs
• Be able to stand on your feet throughout the day
