We are currently seeking an energetic and highly skilled Production Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our company's success as it involves ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, specifically in areas such as mechanical, projects, plumbing, general technician, production, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of the production process, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and quality.
2. Providing technical guidance and support to the production team, troubleshooting any complex issues that may arise.
3. Collaborating closely with the design and engineering teams to implement and improve production processes.
4. Monitoring equipment performance and coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
5. Assisting in the development of production budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
6. Conducting regular inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
7. Providing training and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
8. Utilizing your expertise in mechanical, projects, plumbing, general technician, production, and manufacturing to drive innovation and efficiency in our production processes.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on mechanical, projects, plumbing, general technician, production, and manufacturing.
2. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions.
3. Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
4. In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment, as well as safety and environmental regulations.
5. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
6. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to production and manufacturing.
