Position

Travel Nurse RN – Home Health (Moline, Illinois)

Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is hiring experienced Registered Nurses with recent Medicare-certified visits experience for home health contracts in Moline, Illinois and surrounding areas. You will provide patient care in a home setting, completing an average weekly expectation of 30 units of productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver home health nursing services to patients in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct patient assessments and create care plans based on Medicare OASIS criteria.
  • Document care in electronic charting system.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and agency regulations.
Qualifications
  • OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits experience.
  • Electronic charting experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify).
  • Current Illinois RN license.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Contract Details
  • Duration: 13 weeks (up to 16 weeks contract available).
  • Pay: $1,860 – $2,046 per week (estimated includes taxable wages and tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals).
  • Hours:

    40 hours per week (8‑hour days).
  • Shift: 8-hour daytime shifts.
  • Employment type:

    Travel.
  • Designated territory of coverage.
  • Home Health nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit.
