- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality, hands-on care while supporting the comfort, dignity, and safety of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment
- Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
- Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
- Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake/output
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
- Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Current Illinois CNA certification required
- CPR certification required
- Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Visual and auditory ability for effective communication
- Moderate noise level work environment
