  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Third Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Allure Quad Cities.

In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support resident well-being, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Our nurses play a vital role in delivering safe, resident-centered care while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians or supervisors
  • Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
