Physician or Nurse Practitioner

Ade Medical Group operates at a single clinical location and is owned and operated by Dr. Thomas Ade. Our providers can focus on delivering a betterqualityof care, rather than avolumeof services. We are looking for a physician or nurse practitioner who is motivated to provide excellent care in any line of specialty. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Assess and diagnose patients at our clinic.
• Conduct office visits
• Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate
• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
• National certification as a Family, Adult or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
• Active DEA license
• US work authorization

• Experience practicing in the line of the specialty
• Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
• Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes.
• Experience in outpatient care settings
• Understands HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) documentation, ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases-10) Coding, and Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
