APPOINTMENT:
March 2026
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide athletic training/sports medicine services to NCAA student-athletes including injury and illness prevention and wellness promotion, examination, assessment and diagnosis, immediate and emergency care, therapeutic intervention, healthcare administration and professional responsibility. Provide services for practices and competitions, travel with sport teams and document services provided.
This position will work directly with football
RANK & SALARY: $3,750 - $4,084 per month commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Board Certified (BOC) Athletic Trainer for 2 or more years;
* Eligible for State of Illinois athletic training licensure;
* Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or Master's Degree in Athletic Training;
* BLS CPR/AED Certification or eligible;
* Valid driver's license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in Athletic Training;
* 2 years of collegiate football experience.
* Experience with Division I football
For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
