UnityPoint at Home – Pediatrics is hiring full‑ and part‑time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for pediatric home care across the Quad Cities (IA), Des Moines, Waterloo, IA and surrounding areas. Current needs exist for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

• Salary Range: $24.50 – $36.76 per hour*
• Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000
• FTE/Hours per pay period: 1.0 (eligible for sign‑on bonus at .80 FTE)

• Signing bonus eligibility is based on role requirements and assignment; signing bonuses may not apply to positions involving care for a family‑member patient.

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric‑young adult patients with special health care needs—including patient assessments, feedings, respiratory system management, medication administration, activities of daily living, and therapy programs.
• Perform prescribed activities under the patient’s physician’s direction.
• Assist in care coordination with the care team.
• May be responsible for transportation of patients.

• Graduate of a State Board‑approved program for Licensed Practical Nurses and hold a valid LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative team member;
  Integrated Care Management (ICM) certification or successful completion within one year of employment.
• Valid Mandatory Reporter course completion, per state requirement.
• Valid licensed driver with automobile insurance; acceptable driving record (no OWI convictions in last 7 years and no more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years).
• Ability to work as a collaborative team member; additional compensation may include bonuses, differential pay, etc.
