Join our team in the Recovery Care Center (RCC), a 10-bed unit within our outpatient surgery program that provides overnight recovery care for patients following scheduled procedures such as joint replacements, spine surgeries, mastectomies, thyroid surgeries, and urologic procedures. Most patients stay just one night before safely returning home.
Unlike a traditional Med‑Surg floor, the RCC is a short‑stay surgical recovery unit focused on post‑operative monitoring, pain management, early mobility, and patient education. Lower nurse‑to‑patient ratios allow nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients while collaborating closely with surgical, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to support a safe and successful recovery experience.
