As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Requirements:

• 2 years of previous experience [required]
• At least 1 travel contract completed [required]
• State license [required]
• BLS [required]
• NRP [required]
• Can support 36 or 48 hours**
• Profile should include:
• Driver's License [required]
• Work history/resume [required]
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
• License verification [required]
• Copy of required certifications
• References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]
• ** Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility. Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate reduction**
