Position Summary:The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands‑on care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and other duties. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team-oriented environment and contribute to the comfort, dignity, and safety of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment
- Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
- Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
- Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake/output
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
- Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Current Illinois CNA certification required
- CPR certification required
- Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Visual and auditory ability for effective communication
- Moderate noise level work environment
Incentives:
- Earn up to $22/hour
- All shifts available, including part-time and full-time positions
- 12 hour shift: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
