Job Description
This position is responsible for coordinating quality control processes to ensure Sherwin-Williams products meet quality specifications. This position performs routine complaint analysis which includes retain & field sample testing, direct communication with customers, non-conformance management and identifies root cause analysis through the Accelerated Root Cause (ARC) process.

Additional InformationSchedule:
1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

Responsibilities- Support shift setup, including scheduling and planning
- Assist the Plant Quality Manager (PQM) with compliance and initiatives
- Review all problem batches
- Use root cause analysis/investigation (Accelerated Root Cause [ARC] process to support Plant Quality Manager (PQM) in complaint investigation and corrective action
- Comply with all site safety procedures and identify safety improvements
- Evaluate and provide resolution of in-process and finished goods
- Schedule and perform internal quality and package appearance audits
- Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Have an associate degree or higher in chemistry
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing, quality control/assurance lab or an R&D role
