What You'll Do As A Store Manager:

You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will make your store a success. We provide an 8‑week Store Leadership Training program.

• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Counter areas are often hot with steam and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measuring 36 inches. Kitchens are hot and noise levels high, with limited storage. Employees must work in a fast‑paced environment, communicate verbally, adapt to dynamic priorities, and manage conflicts.

$26.27 per hour – $29.27 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors such as work location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee of bonus earnings and reserves the right to change or terminate bonus programs at any time, with or without advance notice.
