Position Overview

Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. Supported in developing leadership skills to build a career path. As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers, leads the customer experience, strategizes to achieve team sales goals, and, as a key holder, oversees opening and closing the store and execution of standard operating practices.

• Supervise store team.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to foster a positive team environment.
• Experience in training and directing others.
• Ability to take initiative and participate in decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
• Computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule.
• Aged 18 or older.

• Hourly pay $16.68 - $18.01, plus monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
