Salary and Hours

Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour
. The actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight in the backroom
• Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds
• Possibly operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, if required
