Compensation and Benefits
Year 1 on target earnings: $90,000–$109,000 (unlimited commissions and monthly bonuses).
Year 2 on target earnings: $104,000–$122,000 (unlimited commissions and monthly bonuses).
Base Salary: $43,000.

- Selling digital‑marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
- Products include websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
- Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
- Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management.
- Performing virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
- Building strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
