We need a field marketing team lead who will generate leads for our growing sales force. You will be responsible for our primary offsite channels:

Large Box Retailers

About the Role:

The Field Marketing Team Lead is responsible for leading the efforts to promote the brand and creating positive customer experiences with the goal of increasing sales. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and enjoy interacting with others, have the ability to drive a conversation and communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. This position is a full-time position evening, and weekend availability is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the event marketing team in your assigned territory by developing and driving event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads
Assist in planning the event calendar for a team of event marketers in your assigned territory including event identifying, scheduling, planning, and accountability for results
Increase brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and promoting New Bath Today’s brand
Representing New Bath Today at marketing events including planning and coordination, generating leads, and scheduling appointments
Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing New Bath Today’s value and expertise
Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all New Bath Today’s service and product offerings
Obtain complete information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments
Provide additional marketing support by calling inbound/outbound leads and other various marketing related tasks
Other duties may include supporting additional markets, assist in training new team members, track and report on event results

Skills &

Qualifications:

2+ years sales, customer service, lead generation experience required
Prior leadership experience preferred
Industry experience is preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large, branded items
An outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation
Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Evening and weekend availability
