Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location;
Monitor front desk activity, greet visitors, confirm identification and/or access permissions, and help to direct employees, contractors, and guests in accordance with site protocols;
Answer phones, manage visitor logs and/or badge processes, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and other front desk activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed;
Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance or access control concerns from the front desk area to help support site operations
