As a Security Officer
- Access Control
- Weekends in Moline, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule and opportunities to explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform.

Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report maintenance, operational, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Support a professional environment by following post instructions, maintaining awareness of site activity, and assisting with traffic, delivery, and entry-related processes as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
