Qualifications
  • Education Required:

    Open
  • Education Preferred:
    High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience

    Required:

    Experience with Data analysis, Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience Preferred:
    Answering a high-call-volume phone line; quality/compliance in a human service organization is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license in good standing and a vehicle with appropriate auto insurance are required. Must be able to pass the motor vehicle record background check.
Position Specifics

    Hours:

    Part-time position averaging 8-24 hours per week. Schedule will primarily include overnight (3rd shift) hours, with flexibility required to work other shifts as needed to meet program and staffing needs. Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
  • Nonexempt hourly position.
  • $27.05 per hour.

Position Details

The Advocate – Survivor Services Crisis Line will provide crisis intervention and referral support by both phone and in person, using an established screening and intake process. This role will perform a variety of functions which involve the activities of the various programs and departments in the agency, including skilled clerical work and work of an extremely confidential nature. The position will be expected to provide coverage for other office support staff at any location as part of the team.
