The Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) seeks an Enhanced Shelter Case Manager in Seattle to secure permanent housing and coordinate support for clients who have experienced homelessness. You will perform brief interventions, crisis response, information and referrals, and coordinate community activities.
You will build relationships with clients, assess needs, maintain records, and collaborate with shelter operations to increase stability and housing outcomes.
