High School Diploma/GED Experience
Required:
Experience with Data analysis, Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Experience Preferred: Answering a high call volume phone line, quality/compliance in a human service organization is a plus.
A valid driver’s license in good standing and a vehicle with appropriate auto insurance are required. Must be able to pass the motor vehicle record background check.

Hours:
Four overnight shifts per week, consisting of a mix of weekday and weekend coverage. Weekday shifts are 12:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and weekend shifts are 8:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m..Full-time position
Nonexempt hourly position.$27.05 per hour, estimated $45,000 annually.
