React Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer / Tech Lead (React & NodeJS) to provide technical leadership and customer-facing engagement for enterprise application development. This role serves as the primary technical liaison between the customer and offshore development team, translating business needs into robust technical solutions while ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong across frontend, backend, and cloud integrations, and capable of guiding distributed teams with clarity and confidence.

• Lead technical leadership and engagement with customers for enterprise application development.

• Frontend:
  React, Type Script, TDD
• Cloud & Dev Ops: AWS (ECS, Open Search, Cloud Front), CI/CD, Git Hub Actions, Azure APIM

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in a Lead Developer / Tech Lead role.
• Strong experience in customer-facing and distributed team environments.

• Design and guide development of RESTful APIs using Node.js and Type Script.
• Support integrations with enterprise systems using ABAP and OData.
• Ensure consistent adoption of Test‑Driven Development (TDD).

• Lead architecture and development using React and Type Script.
• Drive frontend best practices for performance, accessibility, and reusability.
• Ensure frontend code quality through TDD and reviews.

• Define and oversee CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions.
• Lead deployment and operations on AWS:
• ECS
• Open Search Logs
• Cloud Front
• Oversee API exposure and governance using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Ensure observability, logging, and operational readiness.
