Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based web applications and microservices.
- Analyze requirements and implement scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Support production systems, investigate incidents, and resolve technical issues within established service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, continuous integration, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to application performance, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work in Agile environments and promote collaboration and engineering best practices.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Java application development.
- Strong experience with:
- Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security/OAuth2
- RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture
- PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Unit testing frameworks
- CI/CD pipelines and Git Hub Actions
- Cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Experience supporting applications in production environments, including incident management and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
