Local CDL-A Truck Driver | Position

Unmatched Compensation & Incentives

Income Protection: $1,000.00 weekly gross minimum guarantee. Your income is 100% protected! Average weekly pay is $1300.

Base Mileage Pay: $0.62 CPM

Safety Bonus:
Earn an additional $0.03 CPM safety bonus.

Hourly Runs: $25.00/hour for dedicated shuttle runs and warehouse hauling.

Sign on Bonus: $10,000.00 bonus applied to all positions to reward your loyalty.

$50.00 layover pay if delayed through no fault of your own.

Home Time: 100% Local – Home Daily.

Operating Area:
Running local contract freight within an approximate 250-mile radius of Davenport.

Lanes & Variety:
Handles local contract freight alongside dedicated Nestle shuttle runs (Clinton/Davenport) and warehouse hauling as needed.

Shift Length:
Steady, full-time workdays that may run up to 14 hours.

Late-model, well-maintained tractors standard-governed at 65 MPH.

Fleet Performance Perk:
Fleet average incentives allow your truck speed to increase to 70 MPH if idle time stays under 25%.

100% No-Touch Dry Van freight (mostly seamless drop-and-hook).

Lease Purchase programs are also available for drivers interested in an owner-operator path.

Paid Orientation: $200/day + $30 daily cash food budget, fully provided transportation, and a private hotel room with hot breakfast included.

Holiday Pay: 6 paid holidays per year, ready from Day 1.

License:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable Class A driving experience is required.

Geography:
Must reside within a 40-mile radius of Davenport, IA (Strict requirement).

Compliance:
Must meet all DOT physical and drug screening requirements.
