Dispatcher

Pay Rate: Up to $21.00/hour on W2, depending on experience

Work Type: Onsite
- Monahans, TX

Work Schedule: 7 days on / 3 days off, working 12.5-hour shifts. Candidates will also participate in a rotating remote night schedule 12.5 hours once trained.

Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Receives telephone calls and reports calls for service jobs to crews or other personnel utilizing telephone and occasionally radio communications equipment.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure work is scheduled and executed efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent and knowledge of two-way radio and telephone operating procedures.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Dispatch experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn scheduling or dispatch systems.
