Field Testing Specialist – Report directly to Technical Project Manager

The Field Testing Specialist will lead efforts in their respective region to gather all necessary field samples and supporting field testing for the initiation of technical projects for both divisions of the company – GES & GWS. They will work closely and report directly to the Technical Project Manager to prioritize the inbound sample collection to ensure efficient project turn‑around time in the technical organization.

• Testing and sampling accuracy is top priority. This person will be trained and tested by Technical Project Manager for aptitude.
• Obtain all necessary training and certification for the safe execution of duties in the field.
• Perform all necessary field testing to bring samples back to lab with necessary information to initiate project testing.
• Record and compile data in the appropriate format using the appropriate computer software per Lab best practices.
• Maintain good sampling, housekeeping, and administrative practices in a laboratory setting
• Communicate data clearly to the Technical Project Manager and Lab Manager, to ensure transfer of knowledge from field to Lab for technical projects.
• Communicate with regional GES & GWS Supervisors to confirm sample plans and samples obtained.
• Maintain a safe driving record and good housekeeping of company truck.
• Ability to climb up and down ladders to sample from tanks safely.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Undergo Product Training as needed.
• Assist in QAQC and Lab Testing at the Plant if samples are not being gathered in the field.

Hourly Pay, with expected 5-day work week and opportunity for overtime hours if samples need to be gathered over the weekend.
