Entry-level LDAR Technician

Position Overview

Airswift is seeking an Entry-Level LDAR Technician to support oil & gas operations in New Mexico / Texas on an initial 2‑year assignment, with strong potential for extension. We are looking for a motivated and eager‑to‑learn individual to join the LDAR team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in building experience in environmental compliance and field operations.

Prior LDAR experience is not required - training will be provided.

• Assist with field inspections and tagging of components as part of LDAR programs.
• Support Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) surveys (training provided).
• Travel to field locations, including remote sites, to support daily activities.
• Learn and apply LDAR procedures to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Support basic troubleshooting and follow established processes to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

• Computer skills are required.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in a field‑based role.
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to ~4 years of experience in oil & gas, lease operations, maintenance, or similar field roles is a plus.
