ESP Enterprises Inc. seeks a reliable Fluids Plant Operator (FPO) for its Monahans, TX facility. You will mix drilling fluids, maintain equipment, and keep the plant clean and functional in an outdoor, physically demanding environment.
The candidate should be mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work independently or with a team under a rotational 14/7 schedule. Prior oilfield or plant operations experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is a plus.
