Where your expertise meets compassionate care! We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing group practice in Monahans, TX.

• Schedule:
  
  2 days a week Monday to Friday
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

• Hold a valid full PMHNP license
• Active TX license
• Active DEA preferred but not required
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
