AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead business operations, drive growth, and oversee financial performance for our systems integration and engineering services business. This role is responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, business development, customer relationships, and team development while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead overall business operations, strategy, and performance.
- Manage full P&L responsibility, budgets, forecasts, and financial goals.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Oversee project execution, engineering, field services, and customer delivery.
- Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching and accountability.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Champion safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and operational processes that support business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in industrial services, automation, systems integration, manufacturing, energy, or Oil & Gas.
- 7+ years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for multiple departments or large-scale operations.
- Proven success managing P&L performance and driving profitable growth.
- Strong background in operations, project execution, strategic planning, and team development.
- Valid driver9s license and ability to travel as needed.
