Material Handler ; Onsite: Monahans, TX

The Material Handler I under direct supervision supports daily stock point operations through mixing liquid mud, loading bulk products, and shipping and receiving pallet materials to deliver quality customer service, world-class safety, and stock point efficiency.

• Pay Rate: Up to $18.50/hour, depending on experience
• Assignment Length: 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
• Shift Details: 8 days on, 2 days off or 8 days on, 3 days off

• Checks material orders for proper quantities.
• Operates forklifts as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate forklifts is required.
• A strong commitment to safety practices and protocols is essential.
• Ability to demonstrates a great work ethic, with a self-driven attitude towards continuous improvement.
• Ability to follow directions meticulously and avoid cutting corners.
• Possesses a non-combative personality, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Not afraid to ask for help when needed, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Not afraid to SWA if there is a lack of understanding or safety concerns.
• Familiarity with machinery such as forklifts and air compressors is beneficial.
• Ability to work 12 hours or more in the challenging environment of the Permian Basin.
• Capable of lifting 50-pound sacks.
