Overview

Monahans, TX location. Alpine Silica, a PF Holdings company based in Willow Park, TX, operates facilities in key U.S. oil and gas regions such as Haynesville, Eagle Ford, and Permian Basins. It produces frac sand and provides in-basin solutions to enhance efficiency for top oil and gas producers.

• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
• Be cognizant of and adhere to safety requirements
• Participate in all safety meetings
• Shoveling, sweeping, and monitoring
• Must be familiar with operating and servicing small equipment
• Must understand or have familiarity with all power and small tools
• Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment
• Clean, lubricate and fuel all equipment and maintain general site housekeeping
• Ensure safety fences, markings, berms are in place
• Notify supervisor and/or maintenance of any required work to be done
• Performs other related duties as required

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Able to read, speak and write English
• Able to work under stressful conditions at times
• Work performed in a plant environment
• Exposure to inclement weather as most work will be performed outside
• Regularly required to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 lbs. or more
• Frequently required to walk on unleveled ground
• Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty striving for excellence in all activities
• Dependability and reliability in fulfilling responsibilities
• Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials
• Able to wear common protective equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats when needed
• Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, and move about the facility
• May be sensitive to confidential information
• Must work independently and as part of a team
