JOIN HAMPEL OIL IN WEST TEXAS AS TERRITORY SALES MANAGER. Are you a HUNTER? Hampel Oil Distributors is seeking a self-disciplined individual that is driven, goal oriented, conscientious, optimistic, and a team leader that has ambition and passion for sales. The desired applicant would be focused on developing new business, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer.

You must live or be willing to relocate to Odessa, Midland or Monahans Texas area.

• Manage the daily activities of the territory that promotes the growth of the company in the Permian Basin
• Closing new business and managing existing accounts
• Analyze data and trends to strategically develop business within industry segments
• Provide excellent customer service while serving existing client base
• Find creative ways to be solution to customer pain-points

• 3 years in a sales management position.
• Previous experience in outside sales operations

• Growth mindset and a "hunter" type of sales attitude
• Resilience and Grit

• Previous sales experience in the fuel and lubricant industry
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• STLE, CLS or OMA1 certification

Starting salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 base plus bonuses. First year total income in $125,000 range. Schedule is 5-day work week with weekends as needed. Overnight travel  Allowance, Laptop, Cell Phone and iPad. Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, FSA. 401K with Match. Paid Time Off. Relocation and non-compete expense reimbursement is not available with this opportunity.
