Our success is based on working with communities to provide the best emergency vehicle preemption and transit signal priority systems.

As an Enterprise Account Executive for Opticom Solutions, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities across our 1st Responder and Transit markets, while also maintaining momentum of our existing relationships to expand their accounts. You will move beyond a traditional transactional sales approach to operate as a critical, strategic business partner. Your mission is to ensure Miovision always gets the green light and help cities improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of their emergency and transit vehicles, optimize traffic flow, reduce congestion, and enhance smart mobility.

This position is open to candidates located within the Southeastern US including Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Results:
    Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by prioritizing high-value prospects and key accounts within a defined territory.

  • Own the Sales Lifecycle:
    Lead complex, multi-layered enterprise sales cycles, from discovery and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Build Pipeline:
    Make prospecting part of your regular routine.

  • Account Lifecycle Ambassador:
    Act as an ambassador to enterprise accounts, continuously tracking initial sale success, managing emerging client needs, and maintaining strong, long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Strategic Forecasting and Growth:
    Develop and execute territory plans including market assumptions, forecasting, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Product Champion:
    Act as the region's subject matter expert for Miovision Opticom products and services. Champion the transition from hardware-based to cloud-based EVP systems.

  • Trusted Advisor:
    Become a trusted advisor to city departments to uncover their needs and articulate the value of Miovision's solutions.

  • Strategic Opportunity Management:
    Lead the coordination and development of RFP and RFI responses to position Miovision as the preferred vendor for modern traffic solutions.

  • Maintain Data Integrity:
    Use Salesforce with discipline to provide leadership with accurate forecasts and clear visibility into your pipeline.

  • Industry Trends:
    Stay sharp on market challenges and the competitive landscape to effectively position Miovision's value proposition and feed critical intelligence back to the business.

  • Ecosystem

    Collaboration:

    Work collaboratively with Partners, Business Development and Marketing teams to launch regional campaigns. Engage an array of external influencers, collaborate with and drive distribution partner sellers to be a force multiplier.

  • Mentorship:
    Frequently advise revenue leadership on complex commercial challenges and actively help raise the overall skill level and execution of the broader sales organization.

  • Brand Ambassador:
    Represent Miovision in person on site with clients and at major trade shows. Expect a heavy field presence with a minimum of 2-3 overnights per week. Up to 80% of time will be spent in the field on customer engagements.

Ideal Profile:

  • Gov Tech Sales Expertise:
    Proven experience navigating government contracts, cooperative purchasing agreements, and public-sector timelines. You understand consultative selling methodologies, account-based strategy, and how to navigate long B2B/B2G sales cycles.

  • Domain Expertise:
    Understanding of the Transportation/Traffic or Public Safety sector, or proven experience selling technology to the 1st Responder Market (specifically to Fire, EMS, and police) is a strong asset.
