Position Overview
The Warehouse Admin opportunity is suited to a technically capable professional with strong administrative and warehouse support skills. This position focuses on accurate paperwork completion, computer-based transaction processing, and inventory-related support within an operational environment. The role also requires confidence using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, and the ability to work effectively across receiving, shipping, and material movement activities.
Role ContextThe working environment involves inventory control, receiving, shipping, record keeping, and occasional material handling support.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and complete warehouse-related paperwork accurately.
- Perform applicable computerised transactions to support operational records and inventory activity.
- Assist with receiving, moving, and delivering materials to and from company inventory.
- Support inventory verification, stock level maintenance, and record keeping.
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and cycle counting activities within warehouse operations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including a forklift, in a qualified and safe manner when required.
- Essential:
Oral and written communication skills. - Essential:
Basic computer skills including Microsoft applications. - Essential:
Proficiency in Excel, including the use of formulas. - Essential:
Ability to lift 50+ pounds. - Desirable:
Familiarity with warehouse practices including receiving, shipping, and cycle counting. - Desirable:
Familiarity with oilfield surface, automation, and measurement equipment.
