Salary Range: $150K-200K
Location:
Moncks Corner, SC
LBE, Inc. is seeking a senior-level architect with 10+ years of experience in an architecture firm. The candidate must manage a small group of architects/designers to produce designs on multiple projects concurrently. Design work will include new construction and renovation projects across federal, commercial, and industrial business sectors.
Minimum Qualifications- Degree from a NAAB accredited program
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks accurately, effectively, and confidently
- Advanced understanding of:
- Design solution development
- Building systems, detailing, and technology
- Applicable codes, life safety requirements, regulations, and standards
- Differing building types and project delivery methods
- Programming and planning methods
- Architectural registration (South Carolina preferred)
- Eligible for a U.S. Security clearance
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working on federal projects with knowledge of the UFC and the UFGS
- LEED Credentials
- Experience with Specs Intact
- NCARB Certification
- Master of Architecture degree
- Design and production work, including architectural detailing through construction documents – using Revit
- Perform field verification and travel to sites (May travel
