Compensation- Base Salary: Determined by a valid South Carolina Teaching Certificate.
- Extended Contract Supplement: Includes 50 additional days calculated at the teacher's daily rate.
- Coaching Supplement - 5A: $12,500 – $15,800 (based on 0–20 years of verified experience), plus $165 for each additional year (pro-rated for the remaining of the year).
Employment
Note:
Depending on the teacher/coach selected for hire, the candidate may begin as a temporary employee for the remainder of the school year. This allows for participation in spring football practice and conditioning prior to transitioning to the full time 240-day teacher contract for the school year.
Must be eligible for South Carolina Teaching Certificate SC Department of Education

- BCSD requires a negative Tuberculosis Test Result before employment begins.

- TB Test result must be submitted at new hire orientation (no exceptions).
