• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on students' unique needs.

• Deliver differentiated instruction using evidence-based teaching strategies.

• Adapt curriculum, instructional methods, and assessments to support diverse learners.

• Implement positive behavior interventions and classroom management strategies.

• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation and compliance records.

• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.

• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development activities.

• Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes academic achievement, independence, and social-emotional growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field preferred.

• Active South Carolina Special Education certification required or eligibility to obtain certification.

• Experience working with students with autism, behavioral needs, intellectual disabilities, emotional disabilities, or hearing impairments preferred.

• Knowledge of IEP development, special education compliance, differentiated instruction, and behavior management practices.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• School-based settings serving students across various grade levels.

• Collaborative multidisciplinary teams dedicated to student success.
