Support the development of digital learning resources and learner communication materials.
Ensure learning materials align with company branding and learning standards.
Continuous ImprovementCollect feedback from new hires and training participants.
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and learning experiences.
Contribute creative ideas to modernize training content and learner engagement.
