Special Education Teacher in Moncks Corner, SC

You’ll collaborate with an engaged educational team, develop targeted instructional plans, and support students across a spectrum of needs, ranging from cross-categorical self-contained classes to MSD (Moderate to Severe Disabilities) and resource/co‑teach settings. Please indicate your preferred caseload, as elementary openings and program placements are available for both younger and upper grade levels.

• Valid South Carolina Special Education teaching license (SC SPED LICENSE) required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting students in cross-categorical, MSD, or resource settings is highly desirable
• Commitment to onsite instruction and engagement
• Enthusiasm for fostering growth and success in students with exceptionalities

• Deliver tailored instruction and interventions to students with diverse abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with other educators, service providers, and families to support student achievement
• Progress monitor, document, and report on student progress
