* Minimum qualifications:
*
* + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 12 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
+ 12 years of experience in electrical design, operations, and commissioning of substations, switch gear, ATP/ATS, emergency power systems, power monitoring, and electrical protection.
+ 12 years of experience as a practicing engineer.
+ 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
+ Experience in electrical infrastructure.

* + Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or other relevant fields.
+ Professional Engineering (PE) license.

Experience with medium voltage systems.
+
Experience with cross-discipline teams (e.g., structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, architectural).
+ Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of high voltage substations, medium or low voltage electrical distribution systems, alternating current (AC)/direct current (DC) systems, and associated power management or supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) tools.
+ Experience working with data center equipment and environments (e.g., switch gear, generators, transformers, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems), with an understanding of start up/commissioning processes.

As a Lead Electrical Engineer (EE) in Data Center Services (DCS) team, you will drive consistency in technical planning/execution across North America. In this role, you will be a technical subject matter expert to our on-site execution teams, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and being a trusted advisor cross-functionally. You will represent DCS in various programmatic initiatives where a construction execution lens is required.
You will act as an advocate of continuous improvement, delivery optimization, and closed loop learning, ensuring our facilities are built to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.
