Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking a Systems Administrator – Physical Security Architecture, Implementation & NERC CIP Support to join their team onsite in Moncks Corner, SC. This position supports enterprise physical security infrastructure including access control, video surveillance, Windows servers, networking, and security applications across mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting, working with both hardware and software, and supporting large-scale physical security systems.

• Supporting enterprise physical security systems protecting critical infrastructure!
• Working with modern access control and video management technologies!
• Exposure to networking, Windows (& Linux) infrastructure, virtualization, and security platforms!
• Variety of hands-on work across corporate offices and substations!
• Learning NERC CIP compliance requirements!
• Working with a collaborative, personable team that values initiative and problem solving!

• 3+ years of systems administration or physical security systems experience
• Experience supporting enterprise access control or video management systems
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, and TCP/IP
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently research and solve technical problems

• Administer and support enterprise access control and video management systems
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot physical security infrastructure
• Perform Windows Server administration and Active Directory support
• Support enterprise backup, monitoring, and endpoint protection platforms
• Troubleshoot servers, workstations, switches, appliances, cameras, and access control hardware
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and maintenance
• Create and maintain technical documentation and compliance records
• Assist with incident response, root cause analysis, and operational improvements
• Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule supporting mission-critical security environments
