Sign Language Interpreter
Sign Language Interpreter position for a 36-week contract in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, offering up to $55 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret sign language in a school setting during daytime hours
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students' communication needs
- Ensure accurate and respectful interpretation for all assigned sessions
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and ethical standards
- Assist in emergency or special situations requiring sign language support
- Valid sign language interpreter license
- Resume and license documentation
- One year of experience in sign language interpretation
- Experience working in a school environment
- Good communication skills
- Background check required
- Local contract position
- Day shift
