What this job involves:
- The Facilities Manager must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
- Manage of all contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
- Responsible on the procurement of vendors and services as required
- Ensure the Contract Management Database is up to date at all times
- Implement a comprehensive energy management program for your site(s)
- Monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
- Development and monitoring of the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme. Ensure vendor compliance with agreed progresses
- Ensure Regional Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
- Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
- Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating. As required
- Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance
- Management Team with the coordination of Churn and other relocations activities as required
- Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
- Implement and monitoring of guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect client and JLL reputation. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
- Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
- Assist the Senior Jones Lang LaSalle Account Leadership team with generating operational savings and creating initiatives to improve processes and practices
- Provide superior customer service
- Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
- Pro-actively manage client expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.
- Manage in the budgeting process as required
- Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to Client
- Active involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance Indicators
- Actively participate in all planned training activities
- Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence within the WPR team
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:
- Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
- Technical comprehension and experience with performance based service contracts and vendor management both soft and technical
- Knowledge of local occupational safety requirements
- Ability to work within a budget
- Demonstrated initiative
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems
- Bachelor degree with 10+ years of experience in FM or related industries
- Good command of English and Chinese
